I'm a father and husband, and I work full-time while attending school full-time. I work 12 12-hour shifts at a local Emergency Department and am usually exhausted by the end of the change. When I get off shift, I immediately go home, shove food down my throat, and rock my daughter to sleep. After she's down, I put her in bed, kiss my wife goodnight, and then try to study or get assignments done before I fall asleep. Cell biology, especially a summer course in the field, is packed with an overwhelming amount of information. At this point, I feel like I'm just treading water.
