Reflection

Well now that its finally over I will be traveling to Uganda for work. I cannot tell you how many hours went into cell bio. I do not recommend taking this as a summer course and highly do not recommend taking this online. This is a very study intensive course I will say that. Usually, I`m very good at grasping the general concept but for this course I feel like I was just treading water to get by. One thing I did learn that I could immediately translate or at least quicky use is glycolysis and Krebs cycle and all the aspects of how our cells use and create energy. I am also taking a Weightlifting course and program design course, so this helped me have a better understanding about acid H plus build up when using anaerobic systems. Not only that but I always wondered what actually causes things like cancer and genetic disorders. Not only that but I learned a lot about Alzheimer’s in this course. So, this course is great to give you some ground up Knowledge. Will I remember everything probably not but at least I have a firm foundation in order to build upon.
